The NFL is back, which means one thing: It becomes a lot harder to hit those 4:55 classes on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays (ie: the mornings after prime time games).

🍊 What Do You Use The OTF Multivitamin For? 💊
We all know that Orangetheory founder Ellen Latham is fond of calling Orangetheory a “multivitamin” workout — the 60-minute routine that covers the bases and gives your body everything you need in a consumable and easily repeatable package.
You can then go pick and choose how to apply that multivitamin on your life.
Maybe you’re a cyclist who uses the increased endurance for longer rides at night.
Maybe you’re like this yoga teacher who uses it to supplement her classes.
Maybe you use it so you can get down on the ground and play with your kids or grandkids.
In my case, I’ve used it to achieve more while running and participating in races, which was my main method of exercising before finding OTF.
An OTF Marathon Month back in 2022 put the idea in my head that I could run an actual marathon.
When I did just that a year later, OTF had prepared my fitness to a level where the 18-week training plan and mileage was nowhere near as daunting as it would have been before.
I’m currently prepping for a half-marathon at the end of the month with an eye at breaking two hours (though we’ll see). Two-three OTF classes a week have fit into my training schedule perfectly.
But that’s the beauty of using OTF as a multivitamin. The lifestyle and routine adapts to whatever your bigger goal might be. You don’t have to follow a complicated plan or overhaul your life in a bunch of different ways.
All you have to do is trust that those 60 minutes under the orange lights are building an amazing base for the other 23 hours in your day.
