What’s up, fellow Obsessives?
And Happy Father’s Day to all the fellow dads out there!
One of my favorite things about being an OTF Obsessive is being able to demonstrate to both my daughters what keeping a healthy workout routine looks like.
I can’t wait until they get old enough to do a workout alongside me and see what’s been making Dad get up so early all these years.

Your Favorite OTF Studios on the Road

I asked what your favorite studios of the road have been and you answered!
“My absolute favorite studio was in Paris! I’m so sad that they closed. The coaches were so welcoming and they even celebrated my 1700 classes when my home studio had completely missed it. My husband is French so I have a slight knowledge of French which helped. The locker room was amazing- 6 showers for women and 4 for men. All the tools needed - flat iron, blow dryer, curling iron and a muscle gun! Definitely memories I will cherish!”
— Nancy P.
“The studios in Puerto Rico were my favorite! It was a whole different experience! The treadmills were in km, the weights were in kg, and the classes were in Spanish which fortunately I do understand and can speak. The only English words spoken were Base, Push, and All Out.”
— Diana L.
“I just visited my 86th different studio across four countries and always try to find a new one to add to my list when I travel 🧡 … I would have to say that the one in Qatar was probably the most exotic, and when I was visiting a studio in Australia the coach was actually from Texas! I didn’t even realize until the end of class, I think because I am so used to having coaches with American accents … I also love the dual studios I’ve visited in Alabama. Basically, they have two studios within the same building, running classes at slightly different times (for example, one starts at 8:15 and the next one starts at 8:30). That was pretty neat!”
— Beck L.
“I went on a cruise to Alaska out of Vancouver. After the cruise I visited the OTF studio in Port Moody. The studio had a great vibe. Coach Jane was amazing, super friendly and supportive. To the point I really wished I could have taken more than one class.”
— Judy B.
“My wife and I have a shared Apple Note where we track all the OTFs we’ve visited. We are up to 32 different studios (many of them multiple visits). And yes, we often book our hotels based on how close they are to a studio!
The top two: Appleton, WI (recently closed) & Mechanicsburg, PA
In Appleton, it was all about the coach (Shannon). They brought an energy and passion that was easily a 10/10. In Mechanicsburg, it was the energy of the studios with coach Lindsey and SA Nic. Both the coach & SA made us feel like we were part of their family from the moment we walked through the front doors. In each studio, the experience began in the lobby. Lots of chatter among the members, welcoming and friendly people.
There are so many others on our list that we had amazing experiences (and a few “duds”).

“I keep a list of all the studios I've visited while traveling (there are a lot).
Here are my top 5:
Montreal Canada in Griffintown. Who doesn't love a class half in French, half in English? The coaches were excellent and the vibe and people were so so good. They even have a section dedicated to boots in those winter months.
Ann Arbor, MI - The friendliest studio and it's spacious. Have been numerous times and there is always someone to meet because midwesterners are the nicest.
Charleston, SC (West Ashley) - The people will make you feel young! So fresh and welcoming. Lots of college students.
Boca Raton, FL (West) - Corporates hometown. They get all the new upgrades and equipment first. Always welcoming and their in body scans are free.
Boca Raton, FL (Town Center) - You know all those people demoing on the floor block videos or making OTF videos on IG? They all work near or coach in this studio. Always fun to see an OTF Celeb. And the studio is just gorgeous and super clean.
