📅 The Week Ahead

Wednesday — 🏃‍♀️One-mile benchmark

OTF Obsessed is brought to you by …

A body moisturizer built by longevity scientists

Starting in your 30s, skin's collagen production drops roughly 1 to 1.5% a year, and the decline isn't confined to your face. Skin is your largest organ, and the visible signs of cellular aging — crepey texture, loss of firmness — show up across your arms, chest, and legs, and are only accelerated by external stress and UV exposure. Yet 97% of your skin, everything below the neck, goes untouched by most skin longevity routines.

OS-01 BODY moisturizer goes beyond hydration. Powered by the OS-01 Peptide™ and built on over a decade of longevity science, it works where aging begins — addressing a leading driver of visible skin aging, so skin looks and feels healthier with regular use. In a double-blind 12-week clinical study, 70% of participants showed visibly smoother skin, alongside +41% barrier resilience and +38% hydration. The kind of results that make people call it a holy grail product — and mean it.

One-Mile Benchmark Tips

The one-mile benchmark is my favorite OTF challenge and I’m sadly going to be on vacation in an OTF-free area this week. Sad trombone.

Those of you who have been here for a minute will remember that I broke a five-year old PR on the benchmark, an accomplishment that still brings me a lot of joy and pride.

But even on the attempts I don’t PR, I still really enjoy it. I don’t take having the ability to run for granted and there’s just something about pushing yourself for that distance.

Good luck to everyone on Wednesday!

🍽️ Feedback: Your Pre-Fuel Routines

I asked what you were eating before class, you answered …

“I use a scoop of pre-workout powder mixed in water 30 minutes before my classes. I do the same routine whether it’s a strength or 2G class. I do not eat before a class, but my classes are at 7:30/8:45am.” — Alissa K.

“Protein coffee powder!” — Marcie F.

My pre-workout usually consists of two scoops of perfect amino. I also make sure I put electrolytes in my ice water because if I don’t, I get really bad cramps during the night. Sometimes I will throw in a scoop of Alani Nu pre-workout, but I don’t feel like I get as much of a kick out of it as I used to. I’ve lost about 20 pounds since joining Orange theory with the help of GLP ones. I’m a female and I am 53 years old.” — Stephanie C.

“I'm a loyal after-work member...5:15p. I'm not super routine about pre workout at all. However, if I am hungry, I will have an Oikos Pro 15g or 20g individual yogurt cup, sometimes with blueberries mixed in, other times with Kodiak protein granola mixed in. Super yummy and super filling. Depending on my energy level, I also have a Celsius within an hour before class. What I will say, is I definitely feel better during class when I have a little something in my stomach and I certainly notice a positive effect with the Celsius, but drinking it too close to start time can upset my stomach, on the rower, specifically.” — Betsy Y.

Pre-workout routine consists of an Access Bar and Elevate Pre-workout before I leave the house. Access bars help with the lactic acid buildup and more endurance and the elevate drink has caffeine for more energy.” — Nancy P.

“Pre pregnancy, I would consistently eat one banana and drink preworkout before class. After class hunger is REAL. I would always pack a protein bar for immediately after class (Built Puff is my go to). My pregnancy routine is quite different and varies more than my non pregnant routine. Can’t seem to nail that down. But I typically like to keep it simple with the banana and protein bar.” — Courtney D.
