What’s up, fellow Obsessives?
Tougher next-day workout … the one on New Year’s Day or the one after Super Bowl Sunday? I think the wide variety of wings and dips consumed today will make tomorrow a lot tougher, but I’m interested to see what you think … vote in the poll at the bottom of this newsletter!

February is American Heart Month and every year it strikes me how perfectly positioned a place like Orangetheory is to celebrate it.
After all, there really aren’t many businesses that you leave with a full report on how your heart did during the time you spent there. OTF’s heart rate-based training means we’re thinking about the heart the entire year — not just February.
Which makes sense, because Orangetheory is basically built for your heart.
As explained on the OTF website, the workouts train your heart to work hard and recover fast. The base, push and all-out rhythm every class forces your heart to adapt from one zone to another, making it stronger and more efficient over time.
Every once in awhile, I love to check in on my Apple Health readings and see how my resting heart rate steadily came down as I progressed with OTF, as well as increased on the few occasions where I got away from it for a month or two.
Seeing my investment in OTF pay off like that is just as fulfilling as clothes that fit better, improved mental health and the ability to tackle the rest of the day with a lot of energy.

📆 The Week Ahead
🏈 Game Day specialty workout (Today) Early intel on Reddit shows a fun tornado-style workout. Feels like it should include at least one touchdown dance, though.
❤️Crush Hour specialty workout (Saturday) Another 3G style workout regardless if you’re in a 2G class. Happy Valentine’s Day in advance!

❓ OTF Obsessed Poll
