Hell Week 2026 is officially in the books with a Saturday morning partner workout. I know that partner workouts aren't everyone's favorites, but I enjoyed this morning's once it actually got going. It was a nice way to get us to the finish line after a tough but fun week. Shoutout to everyone in class who wore a costume because I sweat too much to even consider it.

What did you think of the workout? Also, I made a little DIY Brag Board generator to tally up all of the hard work we just did!

I took the 3G version of this workout today and wish I would've held out for the 2G a little later in the day. Still, I enjoyed the focus and challenge that came with doing the 2,000 meters in under 200 pulls (186 for me!) and the tread was a trip as well. Still feeling a little bit gassed even after a day of rest on Day No 5. Hoping to finish Hell Week strong tomorrow morning! What did you think of the workout?

Well, they can't all be winners. Our suspicions of many inclines were confirmed with a wealth of inclines, but I honestly found the template really boring. The switch format combined with the burpee deconstruction just made it feel like a half-complete workout honestly. Easily the worst of Hell Week so far, hoping for a strong finish the final three!

What did you think?

My guess that the title name hinted at a Hell Week version of Inferno was pretty spot on! I took the 3G version this morning and enjoyed it ... all while wondering how much rowing they're going to fit into this Hell Week.

What did you think of the workout?

3Gs for everyone on Day 3! I started off on the floor this morning and felt like it was going to be a pretty standard workout after the first rotation. Boy, was I wrong! The mini-Catch Me If You Can on the treadmill really got things going and the rowing section really brought the workout into Hell Week territory. They may have gotten rid of the 2,000 meter benchmark but sneaking it into Hell Week — albeit with a lot of froggers in between — was fun. Can't wait to earn my shirt tomorrow!

What did you think of the workout?

My guess: "Reverse drop sets all day long?"

Couldn't have been any more wrong on that one. As my friend Jeff said, "That was an all-timer." Inclines all day on the tread and then a demented dri-tri on the floor. I don't know if I loved or hated it, which is really the mark of a great Orangtheory workout IMO. If I could go back and do it again, I would have started on the floor. They should have given everyone a t-shirt for completing it.

My guess for this template name was "either a partner workout they put on the first day because they know no one’s going to ball on the first day of Hell Week or an endurance treadmill effort where you’re asked to “match” your distance between two long blocks."

Well, at least I got the endurance treadmill effort part right.

I loved everything about this workout, especially the reverse pyramid of surges. The challenge kept me locked in and engaged the whole time.

Also really loved the floor with the combination of exercises, though I thought the rowing was a little bit of an afterthought.
